The personal area of the SNS 24 portal allows you to manage your health information, collected at National Health Service (SNS) institutions.

Anyone with a health user number can log in to the personal area of the SNS 24 portal and consult their health information.

To access the personal area of the SNS 24 portal you will need to log in with:

Citizen's Card
Digital Mobile Key
Health User Number (you will need to enter your date of birth and cell phone number).

It is free of charge.
