To book a consultation, you must be registered with the health centre where you want to have the appointment.
You can book general and family medicine consultations and nursing appointments for yourself or someone else. You can also book a remote consultation.
Booking a consultation is free of charge.

What are the documents and requirements to book a consultation at the health centre?
To book a consultation for yourself or another person, you will need to be registered at the health centre where you want to have the appointment. If you are not registered, find out how to register with a health centre. If you don’t know which is the health centre for your area, call the SNS 24 hotline on 808 24 24 24.
You can only book an in-person consultation at a health centre where you are not registered if you are experiencing acute symptoms (an emergency), and this is done on an open consultation basis. Such consultations will be booked in for the same day if there is any availability.

You will need to use one of the following means of authentication to access the personal area of the SNS 24 portal:

What is the price to book a consultation at the health centre?
Consultations and any additional examinations for the purposes of diagnosis or treatment prescribed under the primary healthcare provision network (health centres) are exempt from the payment of fees.
If you are not registered with the SNS or if the costs of the healthcare are borne by an entity (e.g. an insurer), you will have to pay the full amount of the healthcare provided to you.
