To request the certificate of marital capacity you must present one of the following identification documents:
Citizen's Card
Identity Card
Passport
Residence Permit.
If the person you are going to marry is a foreigner, you must also present the birth certificate of that person.
What is the price to request a certificate of capacity to marry?
The marriage capacity certificate is part of the marriage process and as such has no cost of its own. Starting the marriage process costs 120 euros.
