Collect the savings certificates

Learn where to redeem your savings certificates.  You may redeem a part or the total of the certificates subscribed.

All the savings certificates’ series may be redeemed first hand at any CTT’s station. The series E certificates may also be redeemed online, through AforroNet, or at the Citizen Spots.

Who can collect the savings certificates?

Series A, B, C and D certificates

They may be collected:

  • by the subscriber (the holder)
  • by the individual indicated on the certificates as able to operate them (the operator)
  • by the individual to whom the holder has issued a power of attorney with specific powers to collect the certificates (the representative).

Series E certificates

They may be collected:

  • by the subscriber (the holder)
  • by the individual to whom the holder has issued a power of attorney with specific powers to collect the certificates (the representative).

If the individual who subscribed the certificates has passed away

In this case, the heirs must prepare an entitlement of heirs to transfer or redeem them.

When can you collect the savings certificates?

At any time after three months from the date you signed them.

What are the documents and requirements to collect the savings certificates?

You will need the access data to AforroNet.

On the location

Bring the identification document registered on your savings account.

If you want to collect series A, B, C and D certificates

Besides your identification document, you must also bring the certificates you want to collect.

If a representative is collecting the certificates

Besides the identification document and the series A, B, C and D certificates, the mandatary must also bring the power of attorney which grants specific powers to collect the certificates.

It is free of charge.
