When must an agency be deregistered?
The person responsible for the agency must deregister on the National Tourism Registry portal within 30 working days after the agency ceases trading, is dissolved or goes into receivership.

Procedure
To deregister the travel agency or tour operator, follow the steps below:
- Go to the National Tourism Registry portal and log in
- In your private area, select the register you need
- Choose the ‘Deregister’ option
- Fill in the reason (closure, dissolution or receivership) and state the date on which the agency ceased trading
- Confirm and submit the form
