Aldeamento turístico - inscrição no registo nacional (RNET)

The registration of a tourist development begins with registration in the National Register of Tourist Developments (RNET - Registo Nacional de Empreendimentos Turísticos), via the Turismo de Portugal portal.

Once registration in the RNET is completed, the system assigns a registration number, which must be displayed on the identification plaque at the main entrance of the tourist development.

Quem deve fazer a inscrição no RNET?

A inscrição no RNET é feita pelo proprietário ou pela entidade exploradora do empreendimento turístico.

Quando se deve fazer a inscrição no RNET?

A inscrição no Registo Nacional de Empreendimentos Turísticos (RNET) tem de ser feita até 30 dias úteis depois de a Câmara Municipal emitir o título válido de abertura do empreendimento turístico.
O título válido de abertura é o documento que comprova que o empreendimento turístico cumpre os requisitos legais para iniciar a atividade, como o alvará de utilização para fins turísticos ou a comunicação de abertura.
