The person responsible must deregister on the National Tourism Register portal within 30 working days after the company ceases trading, is dissolved or goes into receivership.

Procedure

To cancel your registration, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the National Tourism Registry portal and log in.
  2. In your private area, select the register you need.
  3. Choose the ‘Cancelar registo’ [Deregister] option.
  4. Fill in the reason (closure, dissolution or receivership) and state the date on which the company ceased trading.
  5. Confirm and submit the form.
