Foreign Associations and Cooperatives - legal communications

The permanent representations of foreign legal persons with public utility status have the obligation to send certain documents to Centro Jurídico do Estado (CEJURE).

Examples are: the rending of accounts after the end of the annual financial year, the activities report and changes to the by-laws, internal regulations, governing bodies and the permanent representative.

É gratuito.

Obligations

Devem ser cumpridos os seguintes prazos:

  • 6 meses para relatórios e contas, após o encerramento do exercício anual
  • 3 meses para alterações dos estatutos ou dos regulamentos internos, após a efetivação
