Portuguese Associations and Cooperatives - legal communications

The Portuguese Associations and Cooperatives with public utility are obliged to send certain documents to Centro Jurídico do Estado (CEJURE).

Examples are the rending of accounts after the end of the annual financial year, the activities report and changes to the by-laws, internal regulations or composition of the governing bodies.

Obligations

Devem ser cumpridos os seguintes prazos de envio:

  • 6 meses para relatórios e contas, após o encerramento do exercício anual
  • 3 meses para alterações dos estatutos ou dos regulamentos internos, após a efetivação
