It allows a natural or legal person:

  • Communicate to the competent authority any interruption of operation of the landfill;
  • Demonstrate to the authority that the interruption of the landfill operation for a period not less than six months, derives from causes not attributable to themselves.

Accordingly to the legislative review resulting from the implementation of the Services Directive, the contents of this page and the form can be updated under the suggestion of the competent entity.

  • O prestador de serviços submete no balcão único eletrónico dos serviços, no prazo de 3 dias, a sua comunicação de interrupção da exploração do aterro, indicando se se trata de uma suspensão inferior a seis meses ou igual/superior a seis meses.
