Ministerial Order (Portaria) No. 1087/2010 of 22 October – Regulates the National Tourism Register and defines its scope and conditions of use.
Decree-Law No. 39/2008 of 7 March – Approves the legal framework for the establishment, operation and functioning of tourism establishments, as amended by Rectification Declaration No. 25/2008 of 6 May, which establishes the Legal Framework for Tourism Establishments (Regime Jurídico dos Empreendimentos Turísticos – RJET).
