Foreign Foundation - Alteration of the legal representative

The purpose of this procedure is to change the identity of the person who can represent a certain legal person before the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the context of the instruction of any process of declaration of public utility or related to a foundation and also for the purposes of the annual rendering of accounts or the transmission of information of mandatory legal communication. Each entity has only one representative (a natural person) for this purpose.

  • submission of the request 
  • analysis by the SGPCM (verification of the applicant’s powers to represent the entity)
  • alteration of the data in the database of the SGPCM so that the new representative is recognized by the authentication system of AMA
  • communication to the interested party.
