Foreign Foundation - legal communications

Foreign foundations must send information and documents to Centro Jurídico do Estado (CEJURE).

Examples of these communications are the rendering of accounts and any changes to the governing bodies.

É gratuito.

Obligations

Envio dos relatórios anuais e das alterações dos órgãos sociais do representante permanente até 30 dias após a aprovação/decisão pelos órgãos próprios da representada.

A aprovação dos relatórios anuais deve ter lugar até 30 de abril do ano seguinte àquele a que dizem respeito.
