Portuguese Foundation - legal communications
The Portuguese Foundations must make some communications to the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (SGPCM), by sending documents and information, such as the rendering of accounts and the sending of alterations in the composition of the governing bodies. It also covers the reporting duties of public foundations.
