Portuguese Foundation - legal communications

The Portuguese Foundations must make some communications to the Centro Jurídico do Estado (CEJURE), by sending documents and information, such as the rendering of accounts and the sending of alterations in the composition of the governing bodies. It also covers the reporting duties of public foundations.

Obligations

Devem ser cumpridos os seguintes critérios:

  • Envio dos relatórios anuais e das alterações dos órgãos sociais das Fundações até 30 dias após a sua aprovação   
  • A aprovação dos relatórios anuais deve decorrer até 30 de abril do ano seguinte àquele a que dizem respeito
