Auction house - change of activity (Autonomous Region of Madeira)

It serves to carry out the mandatory communication of the following changes to the auction activity:

Changes to the insurance contract, financial guarantee or equivalent instrument;
Change of directors, directors or managers, in the case of a legal person, accompanied by the respective proof of suitability;
Changes in the commercial name, legal nature and registered office or tax domicile.

Fill in the form addressed to DRET, by direct access to the Entrepreneur's Desk (BdE), or by digital assistance at the available service desks
The form must contain all required data and instructional elements
The change regarding the commercial name, legal nature and registered office or tax domicile, give rise to the updating of the authorization title.
