It serves to carry out the mandatory communication of the following changes to the auction activity:
- Changes to the insurance contract, financial guarantee or equivalent instrument;
- Change of directors, directors or managers, in the case of a legal person, accompanied by the respective proof of suitability;
- Changes in the commercial name, legal nature and registered office or tax domicile.

- Fill in the form addressed to DRET, by direct access to the Entrepreneur's Desk (BdE), or by digital assistance at the available service desks
- The form must contain all required data and instructional elements
- The change regarding the commercial name, legal nature and registered office or tax domicile, give rise to the updating of the authorization title.
