Requesting an opinion on a fuel storage facility project
To request the opinion of the National Authority for Emergency Services and Civil Protection (ANEPC) on:
- projects for building or modifying storage facilities for petroleum products;
- projects for building or modifying liquid and gaseous fuel supply facilities (filling stations).

Procedure and requirements
Time of issue/decision
The ANEPC will issue a decision within 60 working days.
The opinion must be submitted to the licensing body no later than one year after the date of issue by the ANEPC. The opinion should be submitted along with the request for installation or modification.
