Requesting an amendment to mutual recognition
Anyone wishing to amend a previously submitted application for mutual recognition of goods can do so using the ‘Amendment to an application for mutual recognition form’.
Any amendments that do not call into question the basis of the original application for mutual recognition may be considered relevant, such as a change of name of a producer in the Member State (MS) of origin, amendments to the technical rules in the MS of origin, or updates to the conformity assessment.

- Decreto-Lei n.º 6/2021 de 12 de janeiro - aprova as normas de execução necessárias ao cumprimento, na ordem jurídica interna, do Regulamento (UE) 2019/515, em estreita articulação com o Regulamento (UE) 2018/1724, do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 2 de outubro de 2018, relativo à criação de uma plataforma digital única para a prestação de acesso a informações, a procedimentos e a serviços de assistência e de resolução de problemas.
