Time of issue/decision
The legal deadline for responding to a request for inspection of a fuel storage facility is:
- 20 working days – if the request is made by the licensing body;
- 60 working days – if the request is made by a private individual.
These deadlines may be extended under exceptional circumstances.

- Ministerial Implementing Order No 1188/2003 of 10 October 2003, as amended by Ministerial Implementing Order No 1515/2007 of 30 November 2007 regulating applications for fuel licensing.
