Consular Service Centre for Austria and Slovenia now open

The Consular Service Centre (CAC) for Austria and Slovenia opened on 28 November. This new CAC provides assistance to all those who need information from the Consular Section of the Portuguese Embassy in Vienna.

The CAC for Austria and Slovenia is available by telephone in Portuguese and German on +(43) 012530958. The telephone service is open every working day between 9am and 5pm (local time). Outside these hours, the CAC has an automated service that provides information on some consular matters.

In addition to the telephone, you can use the CAC's services via the electronic contact form available on the Portal das Comunidades.

The Consular Service Centre for Austria and Slovenia also offers a video call assistance service for online public services. This video call assistance service works by appointment.
