Consultation of cases and documents available on the new eTribunal Mandatários portal

Since June 30, 2025, agents have been able to consult court cases in a single place: the eTribunal Mandatários portal.

This portal gives them access to common jurisdiction cases (such as civil or criminal cases) and administrative and tax cases. It is also possible to access cases from the National Injunctions Counters (BNI) and the Tenant and Landlord Counters (BAS).

New features and benefits

In addition to a new website design, optimized for consultation via smartphones and tablets, the portal's new features allow you to:

  • Consult a unified list of cases associated with the representative
  • Access electronic notifications and consult the representative's agenda
  • Easily navigate between cases, acts and documents
  • Quickly view the latest cases consulted
  • Customization options, such as marking cases and adjusting the color system for greater accessibility.

With the entry into operation of the eTribunal Mandatários portal, the CITIUS.WEB and SITAF-MANDATÁRIOS portals will cease to function. The shutdown is scheduled for the end of 2025.
