The new Barreiro Citizen Shop opened on Monday, 17 February, in the first floor of the Fórum Barreiro. Here, you can access various public services in one place, quickly and conveniently.

    • Registry Office (IRN): Weekdays, 09:00 - 16:00 (closed on Saturdays).

Available Services

At the Barreiro Citizen Shop, you can access services from various entities:

• Citizen Spot – Activate Digital Mobile Key (CMD), request a Criminal Record Certificate, and access driving licence-related services, among others.
• Tax Authority (AT - Finances) – Support with property, income, tax enforcement, litigation, payments, foreign taxpayer numbers (NIF), and general enquiries.
• Barreiro City Council – Assistance with water and waste management, payments, fines, urban planning, and other general matters.
• Registry Office (IRN) – Requests, renewals, and collection of Citizen Cards and Passports, as well as appointment scheduling for these services.
• Barreiro Public Transport - Sustainable Mobility – Issuance of transport tickets and Navegante Card.
