New Mobile Citizen Shop reinforces public services in Palmela

Palmela's new Mobile Citizen Shop went into operation on July 2, 2025, with better service conditions and more stops.
In addition to the usual services such as Portuguese Citizen Card applications and renewals, activation of the Digital Mobile Key and Social Security support, there are also new services available.
More accessible service
This new van allows service inside, has an awning so that those waiting can protect themselves from the rain and heat and an access ramp for those with reduced mobility.
The route has been extended, with more stops and more time spent at each location.
The van's services, circuits and timetables are available for consultation.
