The first Citizen Spot Lab. has opened at the Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) in Carcavelos - This is a new type of public counter that combines technology, innovation and proximity to the citizen.
This is a test space in a real environment, where new services, products and technologies are tested with the users themselves, before being applied throughout the country.
The Citizen Spot Lab. approach allows solutions to be developed based on real experiences and joint work between citizens and public organisations - from idea to implementation.
Created with Nova SBE's university students in mind, Citizen Spot Lab. offers digital tools such as the gov.pt mobile app and self-service kiosks.
This partnership brings university ideas into public services and helps create solutions that make a difference to people's lives.
