New Social Security service allows you to change a worker's contributory framework
Social Security Direct has a new service that allows employers to simply request a change to a worker's contributory framework. This change applies to the following schemes:
- Traineeship
- Incentives to remain in the market
- Sea fishing
- Pre-retirement
- Disabled workers
- Teaching workers
- Wood crew
- Merchant navy
To change a worker's contributory framework, employers must log in to Social Security Direct, in the employer area, and access the “employment” menu. They should then follow the steps below:
- Click on “Workers' affiliation”
- Then click on “Consult workers”
- Finally, click on “Request change of affiliation” and fill in the form.
Employers can also check the status of each request on Social Security Direct. To do this, they need to follow these steps
- Click on “Employment”
- Then click on “Worker links”
- And finally click on “Requests on links”.
