Cuida-te Programme: consultations and other initiatives for young people's mental health
The Cuida-te Programme is aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 30 and promotes mental health, emotional well-being, physical activity, nutrition, sexuality and the prevention of addictive behaviour. Young people have access to specialised support consultations from qualified professionals.
The project, which also includes other actions, involves families, schools, communities and other partners in promoting healthy lifestyles among young people.
The actions of the Cuida-te Programme are carried out through:
- Mobile units
- Youth health centres
- Chat channels
- Training activities
- Awareness-raising and information activities.

The Cuida-te Programme is an initiative of the Portuguese Institute for Sport and Youth (IPDJ).
