Representatives of legal entities can now access the procedural costs portal

Since 16 June 2025, the legal representatives of companies, associations or other legal entities have been able to log in to the portal to consult on the payment of procedural costs on behalf of the entity they represent.

On the portal they can

• consult payment references
• access receipts
• view information on procedural costs, court fees and legal aid applications

How to access the portal as a representative

To access the portal for consulting payments of procedural costs, representatives must authenticate themselves on the portal with their Portuguese Citizen Card or Digital Mobile Key, as long as the representation is registered with the Professional Attributes Certification System (SCAP).

In addition to legal representatives, individuals can also access the portal.
