New Reserved Area - gov.pt
The gov.pt portal presents a new Reserved Area to its users, which allows them to follow even more services carried out on the portal, for citizens and companies.
Login to the Reserved Area
The gov.pt Reserved Area does not require the creation of a user account.
If you had a user account on the ePortugal portal, know that gov.pt no longer requires an account to access the Reserved Area. But don't worry, by losing your account, you won't lose any of the information you had there. Simply log in to recover all your data.
Login
Whenever you log in to the gov.pt portal, the authentication system will recognise your identity and show you, in your Reserved Area, all your personal data, including history of services you have carried out, saved documents, among others.
Each time you log out, your data will not be stored on the portal.
Means of authentication
The gov.pt portal maintains the same means of authentication as the ePortugal portal: Digital Mobile Key (CMD), Portuguese Citizen Card, Digital Certificate of Lawyer, Solicitor and Notary, and eIDAS (European authentication).
Everything you'll find in the new Reserved Area
In the Reserved Area you can:
- monitor the status of services related to the Portuguese Citizen Card
- monitor the status of other services, such as the request for a salary bonus to value qualifications and requests for Psychologist and Nutritionist Vouchers
- monitor the status of services for economic activities and access the Company’s Electronic Dossier (DEE)
- obtain proof of personal data
- check your activity history on the Gov.pt portal
- consult the history of complaints, suggestions and compliments made in the Electronic Yellow Book (Livro Amarelo Eletrónico)
Access to gov.pt applications
Via the Reserved Area, you have access to some applications such as the Document Container, Electronic Notifications or My data in the Public Administration.
Document Container
If you create a Document Container account, you can save and share digital documents with other people or entities.

Electronic Notifications
By subscribing to the Electronic Notifications, you will receive email notifications from adhering public entities. You can subscribe to receive notifications as a citizen, company or public entity.

In this application, you can consult the types of data that the Public Administration has on you, and you can also authorise or cancel access by entities to your data, among other functionalities.
