What are the documents and requirements to aderir ao Serviço Via Verde?

To request the service, the following are required:

  • Fill out the specific Via Verde subscription form by the subscriber. If the subscription request is made by a company, it is sufficient that it is stamped by the company, no other document is necessary
  • Title of property registration or registration certificate
  • Proof of address (driver's license or alternatively an electricity, water, or telephone bill)
  • Vehicle Registration Document or Registration Certificate Identification Document (Citizen Card or Identity Card).

What is the deadline to aderir ao Serviço Via Verde?

After subscribing to the Via Verde service, the identifier is sent by mail to the address you provided. The following delivery options are available:

  • Standard Delivery - Delivered via CTT, within a maximum of 10 working days.
  • Express Delivery - Delivered within 2 working days, in mainland Portugal.
  • International Delivery - Delivered within up to 15 working days.
