Change the data associated with the Digital Mobile Key

The Digital Mobile Key (CMD) stores the holder's data associated with their registration when activated. If you need to make any changes to your CMD data, you can do so at a Citizen, on the Autenticação.gov portal, or by telephone.

At the Citizen Spot, you can change all the data associated with the CMD. For security reasons, only some data can be changed on the Autenticação.gov portal and by telephone.

Note: For security reasons, it is not possible to change PIN codes over the phone.
