  1. The participations on tax matters must be made directly to the electronic address of the competent authority for its assessment, the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira: at@at.gov.pt.
  2. Access the area of report of relevant facts, on the site of the IGF - Audit Authority.
  3. Verify that you have the data that will be needed to analyse the legality of the situation you will communicate - a description of the facts and documents that prove them, for example.
  4. Read the instructions available on the website and fill in the report form.
  5. The intervention areas are:
