What are the documents and requirements to check the status of reimbursement requests submitted to ADSE?
After submitting a reimbursement request for healthcare expenses to ADSE, you can check the status of reimbursement requests on ADSE Direta.
To check the status of requests, you must authenticate using your beneficiary number and access password.
If you do not have an access password, you can access ADSE Direta using your Tax Identification Number (Número de Identificação Fiscal - NIF) and access password for the Tax Authority Portal, Digital Mobile Key (Chave Móvel Digital - CMD) or Portuguese Citizen Card (Cartão de Cidadão).

If the reimbursement request is submitted by the employer, the employer will receive notifications on the status of the process, unless the beneficiary has selected email as the preferred contact method.

To check the status of reimbursement requests in the MyADSE app, you must authenticate using one of the following methods:
- Digital Mobile Key (Chave Móvel Digital - CMD)
- Principal beneficiary number and ADSE password
