What are the documents and requirements to view the record of ‘contraordenações’ (traffic offences)?
To view the record of contraordenações, you need to authenticate yourself on the Driver's Desk or on the Portal de Contraordenações Rodoviárias.
Authentication on these platforms can be done with:
- Digital Mobile Key (CMD)
- Portuguese Citizen Card
- Portuguese Tax Identification Number (NIF) and password - only at the Portal de Contraordenações Rodoviárias for registered users.
