O pedido de registo do estabelecimento industrial pode ser recusado se:

  • não for acompanhado dos documentos necessários pedidos
  • a entidade ou o IAPMEI verificarem a existência de registo do estabelecimento na nova plataforma de licenciamento industrial
  • a entidade coordenadora ou o IAPMEI verificarem a inexistência de licenciamento válido do estabelecimento.
