A taxa aplicável é fixada de acordo com os critérios definidos na Portaria n.º 280/2015, de 15 de setembro.
O montante da taxa é estabelecido, tendo por referência: 

  • valor base (atualizado, a 1 de março de cada ano, com base na variação do índice médio de preços no consumidor)
  • fator de dimensão do estabelecimento (definida pelo número de trabalhadores e potência elétrica)
  • fator de serviço associado ao procedimento de licenciamento aplicável.

How estabelecimento industrial - pedir vistoria?

The request for inspection may occur in one of the circumstances described below, provided for in the Responsible Industry System (SIR) or in complementary legislation:

  • request for an inspection prior to the start of activity, with a view to the issue of the operating permit for a type 1 establishment, under the terms of no. 1 of article 25 of the SIR
  • request for an inspection for the recommencement of activity of a type 1 establishment, after suspension of activity for a period of more than one year and less than three years, under the terms of no. 5 of article 38 of the SIR
  • request for a re-examination inspection, under the terms of Article 37 of the SIR
  • request for inspection for the purpose of exclusion from the industrial emissions regime applicable to integrated pollution prevention and control, pursuant to article 29 of Decree-Law no. 127/2013, of 30 August.

Ways of contesting a decision

In accordance with Article 83.º-A of the SIR, all formal documents issued in the licensing process – such as licences, permissions, opinions and approvals – may be contested in court.

These documents have legal standing and may be the subject of legal proceedings, in accordance with Article 51 of the Code of Procedure of the Administrative Courts.
