Request proof of professional activity from the Authority for Working Conditions (Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho - ACT)

Proof of professional activity is used to demonstrate, to the competent authorities of other European Union countries (excluding Portugal), the qualification required to carry out a professional activity in those Member States.

Employees, regardless of their Classification of Economic Activities (Código de Atividade Económica - CAE) code, may request this proof from the Authority for Working Conditions (Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho - ACT).
