Request proof of professional activity from the Directorate-General of Economic Activities (Direção-Geral das Atividades Económicas - DGAE)
Proof of professional activity is used to demonstrate, to the competent authorities of other European Union countries (excluding Portugal), professional experience required to carry out a professional activity in those Member States.
Sole traders, self-employed workers and company partners whose activity falls within CAE codes 01 to 43 must request this proof from the Directorate-General of Econnomy (Direção-Geral da Economia - DGE).

Each proof costs 15 euros.
