Decree-Law No. 139-E/2023, of 29 December - Amends the legal regimes governing the technical inspection of motor vehicles and their trailers and the operation of inspection centres

Resolution No. 1060/2024, of 14 August - Approves the procedural specifications for matters related to access to and maintenance of the profession of technical vehicle inspector, certification of training entities and specific training for the inspection of category A vehicles, to be provided to practising ITVs.
