You can make a statement or complaint to the Inspectorate-General for Education and Science (IGEC) about situations that have occurred in a school, university or department of the Ministry of Education.

How can I make a statement or complaint about an educational establishment or a department of the Ministry of Education?
Before submitting a complaint to the IGEC, you should try to resolve the situation directly with the school, university or department concerned. You should only contact IGEC if you receive no answer or if the situation is not resolved.
When making a statement or complaint, you must:
- Identify the persons involved,
- Explain what happened and where,
- attach all documents and evidence of the contact you have had to date with the competent bodies of the establishment where the incident occurred.
