• Identity Document (Identity Card / Citizen Card, Passport or Residence Certificate (s) of person (s) that bind the company);
• Taxpayer card company, Business Registration Certificate (issued less than six months) or articles of association;
• Current meter reading (when it comes to contract transfer);
• NIB (in case of payment by direct debit);
• Proof occupant quality (Public Deed of Purchase and Sale Commitment Agreement Purchase or Lease Agreement Lease Agreement or Lending Agreement).
  

Note: You may need a statement of authorization of all managing partners, when there is the impossibility of presence of their own.
