Procedure and requirements
Time of issue/decision
A subscription to your chosen digital newspaper or magazine lasts for two years.
For example, if the subscription activation date is 15 May 2025, the subscription will last until 15 May 2027.
How much
It's free of charge.
It is free to subscribe to newspapers and magazines.
Call cost: the cost of a call to the national landline network, depending on your operator’s tariff.

Additional Data
If you cancel your subscription, you cannot submit a new request to rejoin the scheme.
Problems accessing your digital newspaper or magazine after subscribing?
If you have problems accessing the periodical you have subscribed to, due to faults or service outages, you can report this by email to the organisation that manages the publication. You can view the contact details for each publication by visiting their website. In your email, please copy in (cc) the email address of assinaturasjovens@portugalmedialab.gov.pt, #PortugalMediaLab, the government entity responsible for media.
