Support by video call on gov.pt
The Citizen Line provides support by video call for a number of services available online on the gov.pt portal.
If you need help using any of the services on gov.pt, you can book a videoconference session to assist you and answer any questions.
You can schedule a support appointment by video call for any of the services listed on this page. Open the page for the service you want and scroll down to the table with information about "Support contacts" for the online channel. Fill in the booking form. You will then receive an email to confirm your appointment.
Support by video call is available for the following services:
Citizenship and documents
- Activate the Digital Mobile Key (CMD)
- Activate the digital signature of the Digital Mobile Key
- Change the address on the Citizen Card
- Change the data associated with the Digital Mobile Key
- Confirm the change of address on the Citizen Card
- Make a complaint to a public service
- Make a suggestion to a public service
- Praise a public service
- Renew the Citizen Card (for people aged 25 or over)
- Request a criminal record certificate of an individual
- Subscribe to electronic notifications
Companies, businesses and foundations
- Associate business attributes to the Digital Mobile Key or Citizen Card
- Communicating that sales are going to be held
- Occupation of public space - equipment installation
- Register at Balcão dos Fundos
- Register the organisation's details at Balcão dos Fundos
- Report that liquidation will take place
- Request a tacit approval certificate
- Running a business as a stallholder or street vendor
- Street trader or hawker - change of activity
- Street trader or hawker - cessation of activity

Health
- Make an appointment at the health centre
- Request exemption from user charges due to economic insufficiency
- Request reimbursement of health expenses from ADSE
