Request the salary bonus to value qualifications
Young workers resident in Portugal, of portuguese or foreign nationality, can request and/or receive a salary premium for having obtained a bachelor's or master's degree until the year they turn 35. The premium (also called a tuition fee refund) is paid annually by the Tax and Customs Authority (Finanças).
