Commercial registries may be carried out in two ways: registry by transcription and registry by deposit.

What is the difference between registry by transcription and registry by deposit?
Registry acts by transcription are approved or refused by a registrar or a register officer. As a result, facts registered by transcription are legally valid.
On the contrary, registry acts by deposit are only used to file documents on facts subject to commercial registry. Registries by deposit are not subject to validation by a registrar or register officer.
