Register entity details at the Funds Platform

The Funds Platform is intended for all entities (natural and legal persons) that receive support under Portugal 2020 or wish to apply for support under Portugal 2030 and the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).

To track or submit an application, you must have completed your registration with the Funds Platform and the entity's details must always be up to date. Whenever you need to update your details, you can do so via the entity's data registration video call service.

Service channels

  • Online

    It can be done by the legal representative of the entity or by an authorised person.

    Free of charge

    Authenticate yourself with Digital Mobile Key, Citizen Card, access data to the Funds Counter or TIN and password to access the AT portal.

What are the documents and requirements to register entity details at the Funds Platform?

To register the entity's data at the Funds Counter you need to have a Portuguese NIF or NIPC and one of the following forms of authentication:

For individuals

For corporate

To edit the entity's data, several elements will be required, so you must have the following documents or accesses:

  • Permanent Registration Certificate of the entity by access code or copy, or equivalent legal document;
  • Access.gov.pt (AT password) of the entity.

Or:

  • Proof of activity data (obtained from the AT);
  • SME certification (when applicable).
