The notification must be submitted to the ACT before the posting starts.

If there are any changes after that, you do not need to notify the ACT again.

What are the documents and requirements to comunicar o destacamento de trabalhador para Portugal?

The employer must provide the following information in the ACT form:

  • the identity of the service provider
  • the number and identification of workers to be posted
  • the identification of the liaison person (the contact point for the employer, who will deal with posting issues, either for administrative purposes or if the ACT needs any clarification)
  • the planned duration and the planned start and end dates of the posting
  • the address(es) of the place of work
  • the nature of the services justifying the posting, etc.

To notify the posting, you must follow the steps below.

  1. Fill in the form, which is available on the ACT website.
  2. Send the form to the ACT.

You will receive proof of submission of the form at the email address that you provided.
